This Mountain is located in the central highlands of Kenya, a couple of hundred kilometers north of the equator. It is the highest mountain in Kenya and the second highest in Africa at 5,199 m above sea level.
Mugunda House is located about 10 miles north of Nakuru. Mugunda House is set on a plateau in the middle of 2000 acre tea and coffee farm providing uninterrupted view of the Great Rift Valley. It lies in the midst of tea and coffee bushes commanding an unforgettable sunset view every evening as the sun sets over the western wall of the valley. The resort is approximately 15 miles north of the famous Lake Nakuru National Park. Here you will feel the comforts of home. The resort has a great chef that will make any meal request on the menu as well as some of the native cuisines.
